    There are two things you can try. When I have screws that are difficult to get out I press down hard with the screwdriver using my palm and use pliers to gently but strongly try and twist the screw. If that fails you can drill the screws.

    The screw driver you use can make a lot of difference.. Some say a rubber band helps

    Thanks for all the help guys! I wasn't able to get it out so I had someone help me. Somehow they managed to remove it and dell provided me with replacement screws. I'm happy. :)
