    Help with AW support

    Hello all,

    I bought my M14x R2 on 10/13/2012 and discovered one issue about a month after buying it. The left arrow key was broken. It comes off sometimes so I thought it hasn't been installed properly but then I found one of the latches broken. Last month when I tried playing some music with low frequency conent (bass) I found that the subwoofer is broken and can hear good music only from the speakers. The subwoofer just gives bad noise. I need to get these parts replaced, how do I go about this? Thanks!
