I can't seem to fix this problem I'm having and I'm not even gonna bother explaining it, because apparently nobody can relate and knows what to do on the forums so I'm just gonna resort to a system recovery. (Not a system restore)

I don't know how to do one though, I put the disk in and there's 2 different ones? One is use a system image and the other is reinstall windows?

Which one is the normal one?
