I ordered my 14 with the 750GB SATA 3Gb/s (7,200 RPM) + 64GB mSATA SSD Caching. How do I install the OS to the SSD Cache? I know that there is a link to an article posted by PC Magazine, does anyone have the link for that?
    Thanks.

You don't need to. When you have an SSD configured as a caching drive, you are not supposed to treat that SSD as its own drive. You install Windows onto the 750GB SSD, install the caching software, and then just let the caching software decide what should be on the SSD.

The caching software will move your most commonly used files onto the SSD. So if one of the most common repeatable data access requests you perform is rebooting your machine, then eventually your Windows files will be cached to your SSD.

More info about that here. I would actually rather having the O.S on the mSata because all the files would be there and accessed quickly. You would need to change the settings in the BIOS for the PC to stop using the mSata as cache and recognize it as an actual drive.
Here is a list of the things that you have to do to have it recognized as a boot drive.
