Okay so recently I had to reboot my laptop and I lost a lot of applications unfortunately.

One of the ones I lost was the application that allows you to change the keyboard color. (Which is strange because at the moment it's blue) So I'm assuming it's somewhere on the computer but it's disabled or something.

Also... another thing...my base score was originally 5.9 now it's 5.8? Here is it...

    Processor subscore - 7.4
    Memory subscore - 7.6
    Graphics - 5.8
    Gaming graphics - 6.9
    Primary hard disk - 5.9

Possible a driver update? cause your graphics seems to be the one that dropped to 5.8.

Go to start and search performance and it's under "performance information and tools".
