ahaha i got my m14x and im loving it, i buy it through Hidevolution it came all good, i asked for the "repasting"on both the cpu and gpu, and its reaching almost 98°C !! i think i got ripoff (if that's the way to say it)!

i ordered a Cooler Master Notepal U2, but i cant change the direction of the aiflow, if i flip the fans, it just makes contact with something and stops!
can someone help me with the fans issue, please.

any advice of what should i check on the laptop please :)

Now you can fix your signature ;)

There really isn't much to check, just play some music (It has awesome speakers) and make sure the sub is ok. Run a few benches and see how your temps go, that kinda stuff. Congrats on the m14x, it seems like people either love the m14x or hate it lol, I love mine :)

I have a GT555 DDR5 and it never sees 70C. I would say someone made a grave error when repasting your heatsinks. Personally I wouldnt allow some guy who prolly cant afford a nice laptop to touch my new pride and joy.

I would never pay someone to repaste anything, you will never know if they actually did it or not. Seems like a scam to me.

Return it or repaste it yourself. 98C is not good, something is wrong.

those temps are too high, try removing and repasing. but if not comfortable doing that then return it, those temps could be damaging the gpu.

Hidevolution are pretty good. I got my m14x a few days ago. Got replaced the HDD and they did a terrific job.

Also, your temps are pretty high :/, I got the default pasting, and the CPU hardly ever goes over 70C° playing Bad Company 2.
