    Hello,
I just had my motherboard replaced because of some stupid issues, (Disappointed BTW). When I used to turn on my laptop it would light up blue until i would get into the OS then it would change to what ever i set command centre to.

Now when I boot with this new mobo I get all these funky colours switching etc.
now I am just wondering how I could change it back to blue? Its on the bios itself so would I have to flash the Bios?

    Thanks again!

I'm not sure I 100% understand your post.

When you boot your computer NOW, it has the keyboard flashing different colours, then once you get onto your desktop, open up command center and change the scheme it doesn't stop?

Yep. Exactly I mean I want to change the light configuration before it boots into the OS.

Its just really not professional to have your laptop boot up in all these different colours and change. I didn't mind having it all blue or all one solid colour.

I just can't find anywhere in the Bios to change it so I am wondering if I would have to flash the Bios.

    Thanks again!

Its not done in the BIOS, the laptop takes the last known ColorScheme and applies it "going forward". So if you go into the Alienware Command Centre and setup a brand new scheme, do it all solid green, save, and reboot. It should give you the solid color now. If not, reinstall the application.
