    M14 config for perfect Guildwars 2 experience

    Hi all,

    I"m a newbie on computers.. Some friend recommended Alienware for a portable gaming system.
    I love guildwars 1 and I would love to play Guildwars 2 once it comes out(near month or months). Is the M14 perfect for doing so?
    Any other suggestions or can anyone please recommend me a configuration?

    Hey trephyakx,

    Looking at the specs here, you should have no problem playing GW2 on a fairly high level even with a lower spec M14x

    Played the last beta weekend for GW2 with 8Gb HyperX memory and 240gb ssd.
    No problems at all.
    Just make sure you are not in power saver mode. When I was by accident, the game looked like it was choking a little. But that also could have just been the beta servers.

    My point, this machine is prolly overkill for gw2.
