    I thank you very much for making these video. I would greatly appreciate if Dell/Alienware will please forward these video to all the dumb wit technicians in the USA that have never taken apart an Alienware and are labeled factory trained technician. I have here in front of me a m17x r2 that a technician ran a screw through the mother board and cracked it. I am not mad/angry or sad that he ruined my computer...thanks to him I have a m18x ;) . Please internally forward all these video to your 3rd party technicians who visit customers homes.
