    The website still hasn't given me a tracking number - and all it says is "Ship Complete", while another status page still is reporting "finalizing production."

    Dell may make good products, but their communication system is as bad as a governmental system.

    Yeah it takes about 24-48 hours for it to change and give you your tracking number. Then it takes another 24 hours for the tracking number to work, at least that's how it was for me :D

    I have NBD shipping. I live in Utah, it says:

    May 2, 2011 4:13 PM - Shipment information sent to FedEx

    May 2, 2011 4:56 PM - Left FedEx origin facility - TORRANCE, CA

    It seems that its been flown out to Utah today but EDD is: Estimated delivery May 4, 2011 by 7:00 PM. With NBD you don't think it would sit in SLC,Utah for a day do you? I think it might come tomorrow. What do you guys think?

    I'd complain in order to either get a refund or a FedEx credit, which could be used on future items you send :) UPS gave me a 150$ international express credit when they were 1 day late, so you could get something similar.

    Many in Canada have gotten it already ;)

    Purolator generally takes 2 days (3 at most) since the AW loads are dropped off in Texas and then transferred to Purolator-Canada once at the border.

    Well...this sucks...I received my m14x today...and they sent me the wrong freaking color!! I ordered Red they sent me Black, ALSO, I have the same problem another person is having on the forum. My Left side Palm rest has a slight bevel raise to it. If I take two fingers or my palm and press down slightly, it indents on the side where its suppose to be connected to the side frame. GRRRR!

    m14x box dimensions are 447mm (L) x 365mm (W) x 186mm (H)


    Has anyone noticed on the keyboard, the right hand side of the spacebar, r/h alt key and some of the keys above the
    spacebar are slighty raised higher then the other keys???? This isn't really a problem for me, but hope it doesn't affect
    the screen when it's closed..
