    I don't know if it's a big deal or not, but I can distinctly read your express service tag and serial numbers off one of the pics you posted. I'm not sure if an unscrupulous person could do anything harmful with that info or not but just something I thought I would point out. I would have sent this in an pm but don't have the privilege.

    You have to remove the battery and optical drive to get to the harddrive and its behind the optical I think.

    Thanks for the pic Spartan0610! That's interesting... nice system as always with Alienware... but in case you wan't to exchange the CPU you have to disassemble the whole machine, remove the mobo and turn it around.
