    M14x R1 USB Not Working

    All except one of my USB ports of my M14xR1 are no longer working and I would like to know how
    much work it would take to fix it (i.e. does it need something significant such as replacing boards etc.).

    I still have warranty; just wanted to see if anybody had a similar experience and whether
    it would be worth the effort to go through support. It is just extremely annoying, though not game-breaking.

    Which one is it? Left or right? It could indeed need a mobo replacement.

    There is one on the left (for sure) and possibly one on the right (on/off cases). I am hoping this would not need a mobo replacement, but if does, does Alienware still have
    mobos for the M14xR1 (are they the same for a few of the revisions)?
