Are there any issues with running ES/QS CPUs in these machines?

    Specifically looking at 3740QM ES/QS.

ES/QS CPUs are owned by Intel, you can't buy one legally.

I bought a 3920XM QS off eBay for $600. Fitted it in my M18x R2 and it pumps along at 4.4GHz without even flexing.

Nothing wrong with QS samples it's ES samples which are a bit iffy

You're comparing a civil offense with a criminal one. Also, just because people do things doesn't make them legal.

True, they aren't meant for sale.
