Just recieved my alienware thursday, but the light on the front right grill isnt working, well it is but not fully. It only works with reds, greens and yellows, and any other colour it just randomly chooses from these colours?

Any ideas whats wrong? I tried updating AlienFX but I'm presuming its a hardware issue that dell will need to fix?

    Thanks Brian.

That does sound like a hardware issue. I'd call Dell if I were you.

Erase all your current lightning themes and try a power drain (remove the battery and AC adapter, press and hold the power button for 30-45 seconds, then place both back in and turn it on).
Once it turns on, create a new theme and see if it works.

If that doesn't do it, try to reinstall the Command Center
