I heard horror stories about people having a tech replace their keyboards with a new one and the new one also squeaks, instead of me having a tech replace it, can i at least fix it by putting some kind of oil underneath the keys like a wd-40 or something? Can it take the keys off individualy for example the backspace key on the m14x like pulling the cap out and putting oil underneath it?

It's not recommendable at all to remove the keys individually as they might break. You can clean the keyboard using a soft cloth and some fine brushes to remove the accumulated dust in the middle of the keys.
Remember you can send us an email to [email protected] if you need assistance with your keyboard. -
what about pouring a lil bit of lubricating oil underneat a specific squeaky key?

Try not to, instead we recommend using dry cloth for the keyboard.

Thanks for helpin and replying but how exactly will that remove the squeak sound? This laptop is brand new and it's not even dirty and the keys are pristine clean, the thing squeaks and that's all i want fix.
