I'm still running the supplied nvidia GT650M driver (307.17) - the one still on the dell website. I would like to update the driver, but I don't know which driver to install and where to get it. Windows update recommended updating my driver (nVidia - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3, Other hardware - NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M) which I installed but it made my screen flash. So I uninstalled it.

Basically, I need help with which graphics drivers I need to install for GT650 and optimus (is it just one or two separate drivers??). Also what other drivers would help me and where can I get them. The dell support site is way out of date. I'm a little gunshy because I had a nice thinkpad T61p that got bricked by installing the recommend driver from lenovo!!

    Thanks for any help!

If the games are working fine I would recommend you to keep those. If they are asking you to update then try what iPhantomhives suggests.
