    Hi Wagas409,

Did you uninstall the audio driver before updating it?

    Ok, try this:

    1. Go to the Control Panel > Programs and Features and find the "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver"; right click on it and uninstall it.
    2. Restart the system.
    3. Go to Programs and features again, and check that the driver is not there anymore (if it is, uninstall it and restart again).
    4. Go here to download the driver again.
    5. Install it and restart the system.
    6. Test the speakers.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hello,

Try playing on external set of speakers if it does the same thing one of your chips on the board has gone out such as a mosfet, or one of the BGA chips have gone south. I'm not familiar with that board layout, but it depends on what chips it has, it could have an Intel BGA Chip, or Nvidia chip or AMD(ATI). One of these could be the culprit, if your system works with the external speakers, than you speakers are bad(internally) or you have a short in the wires somewhere. There is a Realtek IC chip which could have shorted but not usually likely. Hope this helps... :D

    Regards,

    Don
