M14x/Sync problem with Iphone 4s

Hello there, I am new to this forum, I own a M14x for six months now, everything had been working fine. I recently formatted the computer and installed all drivers.

My iTunes was working perfectly with my iphone 4 and mi ipad2, and it still is, but I bought an iphone 4s a couple of weeks ago and iTunes just won't recognize it. My computer does, I can download the images into my PC but I can not sink with iTunes.

I tried everything apple support had to help me (uninstalling and reinstalling mainly) I took my computer to an apple store where they did basically the same thing, tried with another ihpone 4s and did not work either. I called alienware support and a technician had a look at it, you know through a virtual desktop assistant and he tried several other things and was not able to find the problem.

So I decided to post it here. Wanted to see if anybody else has this problem like me, it appears to be only a problem with iphone 4s and my computer (I am able to sync it with other computers) so any suggestions? any help whatsoever? I would appreciate it

 

uninstall itunes then go

my computer C:\ users\ "you" \appdata\local\apple+apple computer delete
also delete anything out of locallow and roaming aswell that says apple

then reinstall itunes

if you cant see app data go into user then press alt then tools, folder options tick show hidden folders.

edit u will also have to resync ur ipad aswell after doing that

 

Uninstalled iTunes for like the fourth time, I deleted every folder I could find that said apple in it, everything apple says and everything you said. Still won't work . ipad does, iphone 4s does not. I wanted to add some strange thing to that as I said before my computer will recognize it and allow me to copy my pictures but it will not let me safely remove it I don't know if this means anything.

Please HELP! lol would really like to sync my music
