    Memory Overclock and XMP Supported?

    Was checking out the service manual on the dell site for the M14x and saw this....

    So is that a fact that these are supported?!?! or am I getting excited for nothing lol :confused:

    The only issue is that the Frequences (from what I understand) are locked. Only the extreme processors will have them unlocked (as per usual).

    But I am thinking we have a LOT of play room here.. and I may be falling in love already.. lol

    Wouldn't that mean the RAM they are supplying with the M14x supports XMP? Any model number/spec sheet on the RAM they're using?

    Lol I'm excited too! Hopefully the frequencies are not locked given they don't even offer the 2920qm extreme edition to begin with on the Dell site.

    We would need to find someone with an m14x already to run HWinfo of something to find out what kind of memory sticks they got. Time to email cnet and engadget lol
