I'm planning to buy an M14x soon but I can't seem to find much information about the multi touch functions on the touch pad.

So far I've found that they ship the unit without multi touch enabled and I can enable it later on.

Can it scroll / zoom with two fingers?

From your sig I think you own an M14x

How's your experience with it so far compared to other laptops you've had? I understand that the scrolling functions won't be as smooth as MBP but are there any other multitouch features?

And how heavy is it? I need to take it to class so that's something I need to consider

    Thanks

I have the m14x r1 and it is not heavy at all to carry around IMO. Compared to the other laptop I have owned (m11x r3 M17x r2 m17x r3, m18x r1 Several hp models and 15" dell insparon) I like it the best for moblity, and performance.

I thought the 11" was to small and the 15 was to heavy.

you can two-finger scroll, zoom, pivot rotate pictures, three finger flick for backward forward, 4 tap zones on the corners which you can make do custom functions (i have play/pause, next, minimize, maximise and start).
