    How much longer do we have to wait before we see a comprehensive review of this device from NBR? As you can tell I quite eager...

    I just ordered a pretty sick one. I can do an unboxing and really in depth review, since I am a really REALLY meticulous/anal person and was considering other models before purchasing like the Macbook pro 15, and ASUS g53 and MSI model also.

    First: Congratulations on the Purchase. I am looking myself heavily into purchasing this device. It is as you say "Sick!"

    Second: If you could do that I would be eternally grateful, specially considering how indepth it would be due to your "meticulous/anal" character when it comes to notebooks (can I also say you are a Hero for saying such words about yourself).

    LOL.

    I'm am "meticulously anal" though, haha, I'm just honest.

    Even a smudge, or some miniscule 1mm mark on a laptop would catch my attention, and if it doesn't perform to my 100% expectations, I would write about it and inform everything, where as some others my conceal with to try to rationalize their purchase..

    I will do an un-boxing, since there aren't THAT MANY on youtube (there are a few, but mostly base models).

    I'll post here ASAP. I got the NEXT DAY shipping and despite ordering it today, it should come 8/30/11 which is not that bad since I heard of it taking 2weeks to a month before.

    And I pulled the "gun" at the last minute too, because I was seriously considering an ASUS G53 or even an Macbook Pro 15. I started to rule out the macbook pro 15 early because it's a nice machine but it can't seem to do any good gaming on it, which I wanted to def. have that option. The Asus seemed appealing and still does.

    I was even thinking about the Origin PC 15 inch also.

    The G53 is a nice machine, the only problem is it's quite a bit larger than the m14x so honestly it's not even really comparable as the m14x has a lot more mobility IMO. I had a G73 (Which was a complete beast when I bought it) but it's mobility was a joke...it was like 2+ inches thick and weighed a ton lol.

    What made you choose the M14x? I'm in the process of looking for a laptop and am stuck between the sager Np8150 and the m14x
