    New A13 BIOS - Anyone having issues booting?

    Hey all

    I recently flashed to A13 but since then my R2 is only booting about 25% of the time. The other 75% of the time it has the initial information screen but then goes blank rather than progressing to the Alienware BIOS loading screen (the one where you can enter Bios setup etc.). I have to turn it off and try again and then sometimes it will work. Unplugging and re plugging the power cord sometimes seems to help but that could just be coincidental.

    I have windows 8.1 preview but I don't think that's the issue here as it appears to be a problem that occurs before the OS begins to boot.

    Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    sorry to hear your problem. Im still runing A09 for my R2

    did you try to reflashed the bios again?

    I've also begun noticing poorer game performance and higher CPU temps when playing SWTOR... Can anyone recommend what bios version i should try? A12?
