You're not alone, seem like Dell have mess up their code, I've contact their customer support, and they say their working on it and will notify me when it is fixed. So I will update here when they get it fixed.

Don't worry folks, it seems that it's under maintenance.
    The ftp works though ;)

What I do is keep a copy of needed drivers on a USB stick just in case as it's not the first time.

This is why I upload most of the M14x drivers to MediaFire for both cloud storage and easy access and to prevent situation like this, but the best part is not only me can access it, because the link to download those driver are being shared on my sig, so everyone can access it at anytime they need it. And good thing MediaFire have a feature like unlimited storage and bandwidth even for a free account, and no other online files locker have done this before, most of them if you want either the unlimited storage or the bandwidth you need to pay them like at least 10 buck but as for MediaFire it is free. So I suggest you use the online file locker instead because it is safer and can be more secure than the USB drive, and you can access it at anytime unless you forgot the login info.

Hello! Sorry for my English, I use a translator.
Help me please. I have a laptop computer Vostro V131. I bought a modem
Dell Wireless 5620. And now such a problem. I can not put the driver DELL_WIRELESS-5620-EVDO-HSPA_A11_R296671.exe , as they are for Alienware Laptop - M14x. Make somebody who they are installed, their backup program "driver genius pro" or its analogue.
Thank you, I hope to help.

Nope mine for some reason, still not working, is it just for the US site only or something? Because I access this from the NZ site. Picture below.

btw, it is no new driver, it is just a new design for the driver and download page.

Do you need some drivers? If yes, let me know. I still have access.

BTW If I put in my service code, it shows M11XR2 driver page LOL
I have to select M14X manually.

In a menu there was an option to input your service code. On the right side of the menu there is more options where you can choose M14X.

[LATE, but I will leave it, let me check the controller]

LOL maybe there is a possibility that it just does not work for you. Try this link and let me know what you get. It is Bios 05 from inside the driver page.

Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

If this does not work here is a screenshot of what the menu looks like. Do not input service ID and select the third bullet on the right and proceed to M14X.
