Please let me (or us) know if it is stable for an upgrade. Because for Betas, it is obvious that the chance of errors is high.

Well I'm running them now alongside Intel HD Graphics 8.15.10.2418 and am experiencing no obvious errors although as I'm in work I cant really test any games. My system is also not over clocked. So maybe I'm not the best person to ask about errors. But at a base level, as I said, I see nothing wrong.

Looking at the notes it looks like it doesn't do much for performance, but you never know!

Alright, more drivers to test.. will install when I get home. Do they still require the modded INF?

When I loaded the 280.19 drivers ...my fps dropped to 5-6 ...when playing BF2 ...but in the morning when I was playing on 267 drivers ... I was getting a steady 25-30 fps...any suggestions?? Put the system on high performance

Try to run 3D Mark 11. If he tells you that your hardware is not direct x 11 compatible, then there is something wrong with the drivers. I tried to run 3DMark 2003 and he detected the Geforce 555 but I got only a score of about 10900. After submitting the score online, I saw that the benchmark was using the integrated graphic card.

Since you have a huge drop in performance, I suppose that the computer does not use the Geforce 555.

This driver is still buggy. Only got 10-30fps in sc2. I suspect that it was using the integrated graphics card. This driver makes gt555 undetectable in games.. Even 3dmark cannot detect my gt555.

This method works, but one note just in case anyone else encountered this.

I did not have the 'ListDevices.txt' file in the 'Display.Driver.0' folder. I did have that file in the 'Display.Driver.1' folder instead, and used that as the source to copy over. Driver installation worked fine.

This is going to be a bit off topic, but for New Vegas I get around 50 - 60fps avg, 40 - 50fps in combat, how did you get just between 35 - 40? Or is it you running on the 40Hz setting?

Update, for me, even though the installation went fine, I tried running 3DMark06, in the first sequence I couldn't pass 30fps. Had to revert back. I'm on 275.27 for now..

Actually I havent update the driver yet, I get that fps on the 275.33 version, and I use fraps to see the framerates.

I do also notice that when before I whitelist the game, fraps show the game can scale up to 40fps only, but after I try whitelist both FNV and steam, and restart, it scale up to 60 at main menu, 50-60 on normal gameplay, 40-50 on battling a large group of enemies, but I also notice a significant drop when looking at the water or walking near the beaches or anything that has water like lakes and rivers. The fps drop to around 35-45.

Anyway back to topic, are you saying that after u update the driver, you get fps drop? Because it is good to know before I try it too.

yeah i did get fps drop. war for cybertron ran brilliant on drivers that came with m14x (260.61 i think) now its 20-25fps.
maybe perhaps i need to mess around with 3dsettings from nvidia control panel.
my new vegas doesnt run that well. i need to appl that update 7 to it, im sure i read somewhere it helps a ton with fps

Nope just installed them then went to Nvidia Control Panel which my global to High-Performance and ran it :) Works perfect except for the occasional crash on BF3 which is why I MIGHT revert to a different driver just because I dont want it to crash :)
