    What kind of FPS ranges have you guys been getting with TESIV: Oblivion on highest settings?

    I think 35-39 FPS

    yeah or even more, i used to play with my old XPS M170 with a 7800GTX.
    so with a m14x it will be a breeze.

    Yeah Oblivion and Skyrim should be a breeze for the m14x. My GTX 260M & Core 2 Duo play mods on oblivion that look better than skyrim at about 40fps

    You can even afford to play with texture packs I think.
    And I'm talking about BIG texture packs that use a lot of ressources.
