Hello. Recently I moved my M14x R2 power adapter onto my table and I eventually found out that the adapter itself buzzing and feel pretty hot during heavy load like gaming etc.
Is that normal for you guys? And does power adapter follows the system warranty?

It has the same warranty as the PC. It isn't normal. You should consider replacing it.

PSU buzzing/popping usually means it is failing (dying). Warmth is somewhat normal, but it shouldn't be "too hot to touch."

I've had PSU's buzz/pop for months, and then die on me, but I definitely recommend grabbing a new one. It would suck to be without a PSU.

It won't catch on fire or anything like that, but it would be wise to call DELL ASAP.
