For some reason my overclock never holds. I'll set it to like 765/1080/1552 and if I close and go back it's still there, but I'll go play a game like Skyrim, come back and it's set to (x) factory shipped settings (not where I left it) at 590/900/1180. I've even tried smaller more normal overclocks with the Graphics clock set at 700mhz and the same thing still happens. Does anyone know why it does this? Thanks.

What overclocking program are you using?

Just the nvidia system tools thing that gets merged on with the nvidia control panel, it adds the performance tab, and under that there's the device settings which is where you can overclock.

    Use MSI Afterburner. Works perfectly.

Did you click on "Apply"? Because it also used to happen to me, and in fact even others such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision. After you done set the value, click Apply then a dialogue will pop, asking if you want to apply that value every windows startup which is pretty much similar to other program as well. Click Yes and it's done!
