    Hi Fellows,

    I just ordered my M14x R2 online with a minimum of 6gb 1600 ram, I assumed it is 4gb + 2gb, right?

I kinda want to go to 16 gb kit, so I search on newegg

    Newegg.com - ADATA Premier Series 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model AD3S1600W8G11-2
    ADATA Premier Series 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory Model AD3S1600W8G11-2

This one pops out, it has 1600 speed, and 11-11-11-28, with 1.5 V

    So should work?

Also did you guys order AG2 screen protector for M14x recently on dell.com, it appears only has AG2 for M11x, M17x, and M18x available?

    Thanks!

Yes it's 4+2. As the poster above posted, 16 GB unless you have a whole bunch of stuff open 24/7 or do VM's, you're not really going to use more than 8 GB..
