    This last patch has made my performance horrible, this for anyone else? I get a lot of stuttering.

    Hmm.. What about your video settings? perhaps the patch reset your settings on D3. Mess around with them a bit. I've seen some improvement by disabling the Max background & Foreground FPS. Also Vsync?

    No problems here! I have all settings set to max and my FPS are over 60+.
