This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Yes that will work fine.

    It's just plug in and play as I use mine on my alienware m14x all the time for Batman AC, Need for speed shift, Battlefield 3 (although for that game mouse and keyboard is more accurate), GTAIV etc etc.

    yes definitely it will work....!! bettr get the wireless.. so dt u can play with from more distance... And yes xbox controllers are awesome...i am using a wireless one

    Okay thanks, all I needed to know. I was 99% sure it would work, but can never be too careful.

    I'll just buy one that connects to the Computer itself, I don't particularly mind a USB connection
