Guys I finally finally Repasted the CPU and GPU with Arctic MX 4.

Before my CPUs result were high 90s and GPU crossed 90.

After Repaste there is massive improvement(decrease) in GPU temps. After playing 15 mins of Medal of Honor warfighter temps were 62 on GPU. 71 on grid 2
Cpu results are not that good bt there is around 10 degree difference.. Now Cpu remains below 90. highest core was 88.
the results are just after the respate. Let me check again later on.

I am very thanful to you guys for the awesome guide and tips.

I guess i put too much paste on CPU. GPu was just the size of a pea.

And I dnt knw how Alienware Paste the laptops. The paste was overflown everywhere. they put too much paste i guess.
Hope my Cpu temps decreases overtime. Or else I will have to repaste again for the CPU.

Good job on the repaste! I also did mine for the second time a few months back. My temps are a little lower. 85cpu 65gpu and can go up to 90cpu and 75gpu depending on the ambient temp. I think annual re-pasting is ideal because you also get to remove the dust build up once you get to the fan.

yes i too find that a annual repaste is kind of must. even my exhaust area was almost blocked. there was layer of stick dust though fan was clean coz i regularly cleaned it, but to clean from iside you need to open the laptop fully. So once or as needed one must repaste and clean the laptop..

After 24 hrs of paste, the results seems much better after I put smthn to elevate my laptop for better sir flow. CPU around 80 after gaming 30 minutes and GPU 65. vast decrease in temps.
