    Hello everyone. I recently installed a new HDD in my laptop and now I'm unable to get my USB 3.0 ports on the right side to work. I went to Dell's website and downloaded the drivers listed there, for my laptop and using my service code. The drivers didn't work, they said they're incompatible with my laptop. I've been looking around the internet and have thus far found no fix for this. Does anyone happen to have a solution; can you point me where I need to go?
