I managed to haggle a rep down to $1247 for the following:

    AW 14
    i7 4700 processor
500gb 5400rpm HD with the 8GB SSD cache
    GTX 765M
    1080p IPS screen
    8GB RAM
    1 year warranty

Is that a pretty good deal I should take or should I wait for possible more to come in future or switch to a Sager and get an GTX 860m with 120GB SSD for same price? Thanks

    That's not a bad deal.

The 860M is slightly better than the 765M, and the AW 14 is not upgradeable in the GPU department. So, that's something to take into consideration.

Yea thats the main thing holding me back from an AW 14 because once I get it, I am absolutely stuck with the 765M. With these recent deals going on for the AW 14 I am really starting to wonder if a refresh is coming with the maxwell 860m card ;)

If you need the PC right now I would pull the trigger on that one.
