One of my keys (P key) popped out and one of the clips broke and the key could not be put back on. I called Alienware support and told them the issue, the told me they would send someone out to replace my entire keyboard!
He will be here on Friday and I called just today!

    Thanks Alienware and Dell!

A lady come in today (a day early!) brand new keyboard was installed in a matter of minutes!
I'll be sure to fill out 10/10 for her on the survey! Just about 24 hours to get a new keyboard!

For someone with bad luck hes pretty chipper lol.

If my ac adapter went i'd want a longer warranty period because of the damage the first one could have caused.

I totally have to agree with this. Bought an cos desktop two years ago, it had a defective front Jan port where it short upon device insert.

Called Dell, and a few hours later the parts arrived via courier. Then a tech cane a bit later to install it!
