    Hi guys.

I have a small but irritating issue. When I change between the onboard and Nvidia 765M GPU on my beloved Alienware 14, the screen flickers to black a couple of times, and a sound occurs like it's updating a driver as soon as the laptop restarts after switching GPU's. There isn't any icon saying it's updating in system tray. After the sound, the flicker finishes and everything is normal. I'm running W8 Pro and updated both GPU's and still have the issue. Any ideas?

It's normal that the screen flickers and the computer restarts when you manually switch GFX cards. Nothing to be worried about.
