Since I had receive this laptop, I have so many problems with it. 2 hard drive and a motherboard have been replaced and the BSOD and failing to detect the GPU problem are still present. I have installed each driver carefully.

Like I said in your other post, based on your problems I'd heavily recommend going with another company! Alienware are useless and each repair you get you'll notice the same problems re-accruing. If your UK based I'd recommend taking a look at pcspecialist.co.uk or doing abit of research into Clevo based laptops.

I also have BSOD because of graphics drivers. I will just be surfing the web or something minor and it will BSOD. I have the 2gb graphic card.

Hopefully a new driver will come out soon.

@EddieHarris Thank you for replying but I am still loving this laptop. Beside the problem, this laptop runs like a champ. Your posts didn't help at all. Beside, you was just pushing to refund and get a new laptop.

@Clearflubber we are on the same situation mate

I completely agree, the laptop runs well, I didnt mention its performance. I was meerly making a suggestion based on mine and many others expirences with problem solving and dell. I had the laptop for 6 months so I wasnt just 'pushing to get my money back' I really did love the laptop but when certain issues came up I didnt feel as though they where delt with well nor effectively. If your issues get resolved then great! Stick with them!

Thanks, I ran AlienAutospy and everything works just fine. It could be the driver @clearflubber state above.
