Hi. I have some question about temperature of m14x:
    1) A good software to check temperature and details?
Are these good software? Most Wanted Windows Desktop Gadgets - Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista

    2) CPU i7-3630QM:
    -default temperature?
-high-gaming temperature? (with some examples of games, like Skyrim or/and something newer)

    3) GPU nvidia gt 650 M:
    -default temperature?
-high-gaming temperature? (with some examples of games, like Skyrim or/and something newer)

For monitoring temps for the CPU, I use this: RealTemp

For the GPU, this: MSI Afterburner This is pretty neat as it can monitor FPS and memory usage and other stuff too.

For the CPU, I have the 3720, which might run a bit hotter than yours, but I don't want to get it over 75C, but they can go much hotter. Sometimes during Skyrim it reaches 73. Turbo boost is off.

The GPU starts to throttle when it gets too hot. Mine stays at about 62C.

So 62C while you're playing a game like Skyrim? and when the cumputer don't work (on the desktop without programs running)?

Yes, GPU is 62C when playing Skyrim. When the computer is idle, desktop without programs running, the GPU is about 42-45C.

Oh, and I repasted my CPU and GPU after I bought the m14x.

Does "repaste" maens "replace thermal paste"? (sorry i'm italian).

Why? Was the quality of original thermal past bad? Or someone advise you about that?

    Yes

Some pastes go hard and crack so therefore do not transfer the heat form the processor to the heat sink

Yes, that means replace the thermal paste. When I first bought my m14x the temps were getting very high, almost 90C. After repasting the temps are much better.
