Tips on what to do when you recieve m14x?

Hello all, I just recieved my m14x like literally 10 minutes ago I setup windows and the AW fx theme etc, i will be doing a system recovery as well once i get the discs. I was just wondering what else i should do i went to the dell site and viewed the upgrades i need didnt get a chance to download those just yet, but i was wondering if there's anything else important to do or a good clean reinstallation of windows 7 perhaps? If its worth it. Basically all you m14x owners what did you do to further enhance this beast as soon as you recieved it? Thanks in advance.

P.s disregard and mistakes i may have typed im still getting used to this keyboard lol.

 

There are already two threads that cover this topic, and you even commented in one. So why are you making another one?

 

No the one thread was what to expect talkin about dings and dents and checking for malfuncions not one was about improving the system besides reinstalling windows 7 and w.e other thread ur talking about idk i used search bar for some key words and not much came up about it so why dont u chill and back off u aint a mod and u barely have 30 posts

Np man, I know the search funtion here sucks. And sorry I came off the way I did. I thought you were another little boy who need to satisfy his need to feel special by creating a thread on repated topics. I guess you were really looking for help.

 

Side note: When searching on NBR, use google's advance search function and specify the forum.notebookreview.com/ <whatever forum you want to search/> as the domain. It beats the search function on NBR.

 

Frenzy thanks for the links,the search function does suck on here,I was looking for the optimization thread.It seems so much easier on the m11x site.Bat Boy always does such a great job on these threads.I guess after the m14 is around a while it'll get the specific thread treatment.Thanks again guys.
