    Hey all,

    I just received my m14x and have to say I'm really content sofar!

    I played with it for about 3 hours now. Everything works really well out of the box. I have not installed any new driver or what so ever. But for those interested I did some benchmarks and installed skyrim with fraps.

    3dmark06 12xxx marks
    3dmark vantage 6xxx marks (sorry didn't remember the exact scores)

    Skryim settings: Ultra with AAx2 AFx8 shadows high
    Fraps: 30-60 fps, didn't dip below 30 frames, 30-40 fps outside walk to whitrune, 40 inside whiterun, 30-60 inside the first dungeon.

    I didn't messure the temperatures, but the heat seems to be fine. Only under the right palm rest it gets a little hot.

    Monday I will receive a ssd and will reinstall everything proper, but I am really impressed with out of the box performance!

    sweet dude, didn't realize the gt 555 was so close to my 460m :eek: i get in the high 7000 with it stock, and almost 11k OC'd in vantage. anyways, congrats on you new system :)
