    I use emulators extensively.
Turbo boost will help towards faster FPS in games.
Experience with these applications has taught me that every mhz counts along with tweaking the settings to gain every frame possible.

The reason I have the Dual Core i5 within my system is because Dolphin doesnt utilize 4 cores and is currently only limited to 2.
That, and the i5 runs much cooler.
To put it into perspective - I very rarely hit 80 Degrees...with Turbo on!

While this thread is open I might as well ask here. I haven't used any emulators past SNES so what are the best emulators out there? For: N64, PS2, GC, Xbox?

And can you use a Xbox 360 controller for them all?

Dolphin is a Wii and GC emulator, plays alot of games very smoothly
PCSX2 is a PS2 emulator, also very good but requires power
Project 64 is a very good N64 emulator and improves games graphics
    No XBOX one

im not sure if you can but i use a ps3 controller and a Gamecube controller via a converter

X360 emulator would be good, because there are games such as Halo that I want to play, but rep+ you for the app suggestion, I'll check it out.

even if a 360 emulator existed it would require twice or 3 times the power of the m18x

i may be a little off but it requires serious power to emulate consoles, even the ps2 emulator runs a little slow on the m14x
