If you're referring to the account number that used to come with older AW systems, they don't do that anymore. I tried accessing the Hive thinking it was still relevant for newer systems, but I couldn't find my account number either. You do, however, have a customer number which can be found at the order details of your comp :)

I was looking for my account number last week then found out they only do it on the older models, before dell purchased alienware. If your trying to sign up for the alienware myhive then don't bother with it. Myhive is only those older AW. All your drivers will be on the dell support page.

So then how can I get the Command Center? I'm trying to reinstall it but it doesn't work.

    1. Go to dell.com
    2. Select Technicle support (Top Right of page)
    3. Select the drivers option
    4. Select your laptop
    5. Select applications
    5. Select the fist option for command center
