Hi all,
It seems 802.11ac cards finally exist, ASRock is shipping desktop motherboards with half height miniPCIe broadcom 802.11ac cards, Dell is putting them in the new Alienwares, but where the hell can I buy one for my R2???
I know there is an Intel one available but there are no Windows 7 drivers for it. It's insane that seemingly the only way to get 802.11ac is via a USB2 dongle which then gives you a 480mbit limit (USB2 bandwidth).
Are Broadcom only selling them to OEMs?
Thanks!

I have the Broadcom BCM4352 and the Intel 7260AC. both came from ebay. the intel can be found for less than $40 and the Broadcom cost me $100. so far they perform about the same connecting to my Asus AC router @ 866.5.

Searching for BCM4352 on ebay has yielded a couple of results
Have you gotten the Intel working on Windows 7? -

I'm bringing this back considering people are having problems with the broadcom units shipping with the AW 14's.
For $30 it seems like a fairly reasonable attempt at a fix that I might give a try should the issues not be resolved before my new router arrives.
Where the hell can I buy an 802.11ac WLAN card?!?
