It's an Alienware 14 user who has this problem. is there anyone who can help?:hi2:
This is what he says about the issue:
I tried to install nvidia's new 765m driver (340.52) this time using geforce experience to try it out. It downloaded, installed, (I used a clean install) and restarted. However, after restarting, my GPU didn't appear in the device manager, and the control panel for nvidia did not show upon right clicking. I tried to open a game (minecraft) but It crashed on startup due to the lack of a driver. Also, when I opened geforce experience, it only showed the drivers tab (other tabs greyed out) with the update screen for 340.52. Luckily, I made a restore point, so I just reverted back to 337.88. Did I do anything wrong here, or is it just geforce experience? Thanks for help.

When I tried installing the latest nVIDIA Driver + the latest GeForce Exprience it installed right away and worked fine without even the need to modifying the INF files
Try uninstalling the driver + GeForce experience then remove all traces using: Display Driver Uninstaller 13.0.0.3 -

Sometimes you need to mod the INF file. Give that a try.papusan likes this.
