2.2ghz i7
So i've had it for over a year, and it really started to slow down,
For instance in Blacklight: Retribution, on the lowest graphics, i can barely get a stable 20 -fps,
this goes the same as Civ5 and Saints row 3
I've cleaned out the fans as best i could without removing them,
i even upgraded the ram from 6gb to 8gb,
with little to know effect,
oh and i very recently did a factory restore, and still barely nothing,
So i decided to cave and ask for help. which i will really really appreciate, i currently have around1 month left on my warrenty if that means something to anyone.

I've been thinking its the temperatures,
these are mine atm and BL has just started showing signs of fps drops,
the audio also seem to go crackaly, when it is happening

Run GPU-z in the background while gaming to get your GT 555M temperatures, but yes, your CPU is definitely running pretty hot. If you've already cleaned out the fan and exhaust vent, perhaps you may consider applying new thermal paste on the heatsink.

Yes your CPU is running hot, cleaning the fans with compressed air can help reduce those temps. Tilt the machine a little to ensure a good airflow while gaming. Here's an article with good practices to monitor temps on a regular basis.
If your system still overheats, TailGunner has a good point. Re-pasting can significantly drop temps. I'll leave the service manual in case you need it.
