    when i boot the resource dvd with f12 am unable to run the 32bit alienware diagonstics!!!is there a fix for this issue??

    How about just boot up without using the disc? Because I can do it without the disc though.

    with my m17x you don't even need the resource CD to run the tests, its built into the bios. Might be the same for the m14x idk ;)
