    So i bought my m14x and recieved it recently. when i bought it my dell rep told me when i recieved the notebook to let him know so he could give me a 180 dollar rebate. That was the condition i bought the notebook with. Now im emailed him over a week ago a few times with no response. Did that rep scam me? I have a cart saying in the notes he would give it to me, but my question is who would i speak to about this? thanks guys.

    Did u try calling him? Mine said the same thing, and i never recieved a discount. I kept calling him, and once i got through i told him by the time i hang up the phone i better get my order replaced with the discount or im cancelling it completely. About 1 min later he had already made the changes and i recieved my discount. Basically they will tempt you with this kind of stuff but not follow through so you gotta threaten to cancel the order
