Just checked my cart and my specced m14x magically went up by $100. then i checked the website and sure enough they raised the price. I shouldve bought this thing when it was priced the same as the U.S. I knew theyd try and screw us again

Wow that's stupid. I just had enough money too and now I'm short. I'll definitely be putting in a complaint on the day I purchase it and give them an ultimatum: Either give me the original price or lose my business.

    I'm 90% sure they'll bite.

Worse comes to worse, I'll go pick it up in Niagara Falls, USA like I did with the M11X-R1 in order to receive 599$ pricing.

I'm going to try getting at least -100$ off the price.

You actually think I could push for -200$?

When I acquire the funds next week, I was going to create a "QQ Storm" about it until they matched prices, but if you believe I can get more than a match, I'll be aiming for that.

I've never haggled before, though. Only bought an M11X-R1 online without speaking to anyone.

If someone could explain how you guys got the extra discount please let me know! I only managed to get 5% which was like 60-75$ depending on the final price.

Yeah the only real issue there is that the Alienware webpage for Canadians doesn't reflect the actual starting price on the Dell Canada configuration page.
