My name is Lucas, i'm from France and i got a new "Alienware 14" 4 weeks ago.
It's been 3 weeks i try to have a new guarantee to have the best chance to use my laptop the longer as possible. I sent 4 mails and i still have no solutions from them.The last answer was "i dont find your SN on the data base, try to contact regional service". She didn't give me any more informations, like contact mail or phone number. And she didn't try to know more about my computer.
This is my 2nd bad experiance with Dell and that starts to be frustrating for me.
The 2nd one was to order an alienware MX14 R1 charger, they changed 3 times the delivery date and when i was trying to speak with them, they had shut down the communication. Finaly after 1 month i got my charger ...
Anyway do you have any contact mail or email for try to get my garanty ?

Unfortunately there's not much we can do for you in this regard. If you want to extend your warranty, you'll have to continue calling them until someone helps you.

I did a new demand on the dell site, i'm waiting ... that crazy waiting 1 mouth for a guarantee on a new laptop.

You can try calling the main phone number that's on the top of the website. That should be the sales support for your country. Give them the service tag so they can locate it faster. -
I try to contact the australian support because i live in Australia and the same no answer.
I try the facebook profil of Alienware France and they gave me a answer but i'm still waiting.
I'm very upset with the Dell support
