Hey guys, just got my m14x and was wondering what programs you guys use to check ingame fps? Never really had a nice laptop so this is my first =)

MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision will do it, though it's not their primary purpose*.
If you just want an FPS counter, google and download FRAPS.
*They're used for overclocking and monitoring your graphics card. Potentially something you could look into, if you're up for it. -

Fraps is great. I've been using it for years. It displays the basic FPS in yellow in any corner of the screen you wish.
You can use it to do "benchmarking" too where it records how many fps you had at every second and then gives you the average, min, max on an excel sheet. And if you so desire, screenshots and videorecording are possible through fraps. -
hey Killer Juice my m14x was going to be called firefly too!!! did you copy my name?
