    need help badly
i bought my m14x in August and it was proforming perfectly up until the last to weeks when the cooling fans were running louder than normal and the cpu usage was far to high (70%+) when its usually only 20% than the batter life drop significantly (from around 5.5 hours to at best 3 hours) so i restored it that didnt work turned out that there was 7 viruses running on it so i got them removed and put a new anti-virus and most of the problems have been fixed apart from the battery so i was just wondering if any1 has any tips to get the battery life back up
    also
i was wondering if there was any hope of dell replacing battery considering that the once you mention batterys and viruses to manufactures they wont even bother listening to you
